Ginny haupert photography was named denver’s best boudoir photographer by not only one but two websites!
Wedding Rule and Peerspace have both named Ginny Haupert Photography as Denver’s Best boudoir Photographer! This is a title I don’t take lightly! I want to be the best for you! Boudoir photography pushes people out of their comfort zones and I want to do that as gently as I can. Whether you are looking into a boudoir experience for yourself or doing it to for someone special, I want this to be something you never forget and hopefully come back for more!Â

HOW DID I GET HERE?
It found me. Growing up I was never really sure where life would take me but I always had a passion for helping others and being a creative. When I was younger, I think I had more fun playing with my Barbies hair than story telling with them. In high school I was always changing my hair and learning new styles. By senior year I had enrolled in cosmetology school and my girlfriends were all coming to me for their prom hair. I loved that with a little time you could completely change someone’s look but also their attitude about themselves.Â
After my senior year, I went to college for meteorology, while still working in a salon to fund my schooling. It wasn’t long before I knew my weather career wasn’t what I thought it might be. Later, I changed my degree to entrepreneurship. I didn’t know what was next but always knew I wanted to be my own boss and create something exciting for myself. Â
Fast Forward
Fast forward a few years and I married my college sweetheart. He joined the Air Force and next thing I knew we were living in Washington state. I was still doing hair but also had 2 babies that kept me at home more. So I began to document all their little milestones with my new DSLR camera. I quickly fell in love with creating imagery that you could feel and immersed myself in every photography lesson I could find.Â
A few years in, I had friends and family start asking if they could pay me to take their photos. A whole new career path just fell into my lap. I shot families, newborns, kids, weddings, and basically anything I could! After a few years, I felt like I was still missing something…
 WE MOVED TO COLORADO
We moved to Colorado in 2014 and my business was booming but I was feeling some burnout. I had someone reach out to me asking if I would shoot a boudoir session. To be completely honest, I was not confident about shooting this genre but it sounded so fun! Challenge accepted! I had a lot to learn about the genre but after that first shoot, I knew this was for me. I was missing that connection with women. The connection of helping them find their confidence. This was the perfect combo for me.Â
My boudoir work took off by word of mouth. A few years after building my portfolio and learning everything I could about this genre, I was able to open my first commercial studio in Cherry Creek. I started sharing a space with a florist and eventually I took over the whole 2,400 sqft space. After 5 years I was ready to take the next big step. This past summer I bought land in Castle Rock and designing a new studio build. It’s surreal to think this all started in a little room inside my house. Everyday I wake up with gratitude for all the women I have met throughout this journey. Every story has been so different. One thing I have learned about all of them, is they had trust in me. Trust to do something vulnerable. I don’t take that lightly and I will always strive to be the best boudoir photographer but also your friend. I got you!Â
