Boudoir is for All Ages

This beautiful lady was originally just looking for updated headshots but when she saw my boudoir work, she thought to herself; “I’ve always wanted to do this, why not now?”. I know so many other women have been in these same shoes. Thinking that because they have grown older, a boudoir shoot is no longer for them. They are nervous about how maturing has changed their bodies. I encourage them to try to shift the focus from external appearances to internal qualities and experiences. Celebrate the wisdom, experiences, and accomplishments that come with age. Maturing is sexy!

I cannot think of a more magical time do experience a boudoir session. Every year, I get so excited to start planning and designing new sets. Christmas boudoir sessions are often lit with beautiful fairy lights that often give that extra magical glow.  Often times, I will have two sets for you to choose from hence, giving you some diversity.  Because I love to shop, I head to hobby lobby first. Pin Up Photography-Denver, CO

I was so excited when I heard Ms. J wanted a retro-vintage style Pin Up photography session. Because this style is so unique, we made sure we had the perfect wardrobe to help her nail this look. Lucky for her, I had some gorgeous options already in our  GHP wardrobe. Her first look featured a satin and ostrich feather robe plus a high waisted lace panty and matching bra, both of which, came from my closet. Adding pearls gave it just  a touch more glam!

Second Look

We choose a very simple look with  a sheer white button up blouse. You don’t always need a fancy wardrobe for a pin up look. Her hair and makeup really set  the tone.

3rd Look

This sexy black number came from Playful Promises. It features multiple designers and all inclusive sizing therefore, it’s extremely easy to find something you love. Throw some panty hose, stiletto’s, and a red lip for the perfect retro combo!
